Lita Del Rosario, founder and owner of NARA Head Spa, has dedicated the past 15 years to her career in the hair industry, specializing in creative hair coloring, blonding, balayage and precision cuts. Throughout her journey, she has prioritized the health and integrity of hair during various chemical treatments. This experience has led her to realize that her interests increasingly align with advocating for overall hair wellness.
In recent years, particularly following the pandemic, Lita observed a significant increase in clients experiencing hair loss and various scalp issues. She then sought to deepen her expertise by pursuing Head Spa training in Japan, the birthplace of this innovative concept over 20 years ago. This commitment to genuine experiences not only improves the quality of the service but also fosters a stronger connection to the beautiful cultural practices behind it. Each client embarks on a refreshing and immersive journey that truly captures the spirit of Japanese wellness traditions.

At this pivotal point in her career, Lita also committed herself to becoming a certified Trichologist, honing her skills to effectively address various hair and scalp concern such as eczema, psoriasis, trichotillomania , alopecia etc. This sets her apart by giving a more accurate hair and scalp analysis and alternative treatment options. She further broadened her expertise by acquiring certifications in Indian Ayurvedic Head Massage, which complements the foundational principles of Japanese Head Spa techniques. This combination not only enriches her professional capabilities but also allows her to offer a holistic approach to hair and scalp health.

This journey reached a significant milestone when Milbon commenced its national distribution in Canada earlier this year. Lita traveled to New York City for specialized product knowledge training, becoming the first Head Spa in Western Canada to offer the Milbon Gold service.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others feel and look their best, she has earned a reputation as a respected professional recognized for her expertise, empathy, and commitment to enhancing her clients' natural beauty.
